STARTING SERVICES – RETURNS

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Message your account manager in order to receive a full refund as quickly as possible. Your account manager can get this done for you a lot quicker then messaging support via email.
  2. Email support@leadlocale.com. These responses take longer and is not ideal for customers.

Please Allow 24 hours for your account data review.

For service packages that were purchased, we can’t offer a full refund as our team begins working the moment we receive your account data. We import and start delivering on the service. We will be happy to offer a partial refund you if you are not entirely satisfied. We are confident Lead Locale will grow your profile. Our team will strategically ramp up engagement in accordance with Instagram terms of use. We guarantee an increase in real followers, likes and profile engagement.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your case is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return please call us within 48 hours if you do not receive the refund confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days per your individual bank (typically 3-5 business days)

Trial Refund

Your trial payment is only refundable if we are unable to provide the service. We are confident you will see an increase in profile activity.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@leadlocale.com
